Here are a few tips to inspire that summer holiday look in your own home.

- You don't have to live on the coast to give your home a fresh and coastal feel! Take elements from these homes to inspire your own surrounds and create your own summer getaway.

- A daybed or sun lounger around any pool is crucial. Use an interesting material like bamboo to create that Mediterranean feel.

- Don't be afraid to add a splash of colour or pattern with outdoor matts and scatter cushions - these can be changed seasonally to reflect the current trends.

- Outdoor lighting creates the most magical ambiance and glass hurricanes and candles are certainly a must! Group together clusters of hurricane lanterns to give a greater impact.
